I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled

"Ordinance to repeal Ordinance

amend

"the Statute Jaw Preservation "Ordinance 1886, ———

and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the

Governor's Instructions.

The object of the Ordinance is to revise Ordinance No / of 1864.
